Otherwise there’ d be frost, and afterwards moisture somewhere on carpet or upholstery.

You make everything about my life seem terrible.

If it helps, I’m horribly depressed. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

I’m 50/50 on the depression stuff these days. What’s going on, or would you rather not talk about it?

Depressed Porsche owner to depressed Porsche owner, I hope this gives you a laugh...

Oh I’m so far past worrying about talking about it, people can’t make me stop haha but yeah it’s just being bipolar and/or BPD (jury is out). The newest fun this last year or so is basically emotional nihilism.
But.... wow does it make things better to slam a few gears around some turns in the Cayman, or even just running the rpms to the limits of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and listening to the intake noise behind my shoulders. Most unlucky car I’ve ever had, but it’s a NP until it bankrupts me.

lol I smirked! But really, I have a very long post planned in a few months about how money sorta did buy happiness with this car. I’ll probably include this picture now :)

+1 on the boost from rowing some gears. I deal with bouts of emotional.....muteness? For lack of a better phrase? Get some points where emotions of any kind are hard and I get into a mini-slump.
Honesty, coming out to a screaming yellow hatchback with a turbo and a stick shift is helpful some days in cracking some smiles and enjoying a sunny day. Or throwing a leg over a bike and getting close to some trees at 60 mph. Both are good.

These actually break if you regularly put things that are too heavy for it. I’ve had one replaced under warranty before, but that was 3 cars ago.

Hmm how heavy is too heavy? Like, a pint of ice cream probably is similar to a large coffee... I think.

I think whatever is heavy enough to visibly sag the entire assembly is enough to eventually break something. Mine wouldn’t stow away after a while, it would just pop back out.

Duly noted, thanks!
